Mike Chuter

Founding Partner

Mike has 20 years experience in marketing communications and was Chairman of ADMA in Victoria. Prior to founding CUBED Communications, he was Head of Direct & Digital Marketing at M&C Saatchi – where he was instrumental in winning Agency of the Year, creative and effectiveness awards. Before that, he was the youngest board member at OgilvyOne London

Kim McDonnell

Founding Partner

Before establishing CUBED Communications, Kim relaunched iLeo in Melbourne, working on a broad range of clients. Prior to iLeo, she was General Manager of a small Melbourne agency for 8 years. Kim has tutored the ADMA certificate course in Direct & Digital Marketing and is a member of the AFA committee in Victoria.

Troy Humphreys

General Manager

After a decade in the Navy, Troy completely changed course by heading off to university to study accounting. He ran his own accounting practice in Victoria and South Australia before working for a management consulting firm where he took on CUBED Communications as a client in 2005. A couple of years later, Troy jumped ship again. This time to be CUBED’s general manager.

Dave Scott

Creative Director

Dave’s passion for advertising is evident in every job he touches – big or small, he pulls out all stops to make each piece look as good as possible. His talent and dedication to his craft has seen him win ADMAs, win (and judge) ECHOs and even be flown to New York to pick up a Gold Caples award. Prior to joining CUBED as Creative Director, Dave spent 5 years at Rapp Collins London, and has also worked as an Art Director at Grey Worldwide, George Patterson Bates, Clemenger BBDO, TrademarkDM and Bronnercom

Kate Lightfoot

Associate Creative Director

Kate cut her teeth as retail and mainstream copywriter at Grey Worldwide, then moved into healthcare advertising in 2000. She added direct marketing experience – and several ADMA awards – to the list during a four-year stint at trademarkDM before moving to CUBED in 2009 to become Associate Creative Director.
